Terms of Use

1. 서비스 (Service)

유자씨는 집중 타이머 앱입니다. 오늘의 컨디션에 맞춰 집중 세션 길이를 정하고, 환경음과 함께 집중하며, 집중 기록 통계와 캐릭터 성장을 제공합니다. iOS에서는 이용자가 켠 경우에만 집중 시간을 Apple 건강 앱에 '마음챙김' 기록으로 남깁니다.

지원 환경: iOS 16.2 이상, Android 7.0 이상.

Yuzi is a focus timer. It sets session length based on how you feel today, plays ambient sounds while you focus, and provides focus statistics and a growing character. On iOS, if you turn it on, the App writes your focus time to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. Supported: iOS 16.2 or later, Android 7.0 or later.

2. 이용과 계정 (Use and Account)

• 회원가입 없이 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 로그인은 선택입니다(iOS: Google·Apple, Android: Google). 로그인하면 설정과 캐릭터 정보가 서버에 백업됩니다. 집중 세션 기록은 기기에만 저장되며 백업되지 않습니다.
• 계정 삭제:
  • 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제를 실행하면 계정과 서버에 백업된 정보가 즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
  • 앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우 master@yuja.kr로 요청하면 7일 이내에 삭제합니다.
  • 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.
• 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

No sign-up is required. Sign-in is optional (iOS: Google or Apple; Android: Google) and is used to back up your settings and character data. Focus session records stay on your device and are not backed up.

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This deletes your account and backed-up data immediately and cannot be undone. If you cannot use the App, email master@yuja.kr and we will delete it within 7 days (see our Privacy Policy). The App is not directed to children under 14.

3. 무료 기능과 Pro (Free and Pro)

  • 주간·월간·전체 통계와 인사이트
  • Pro 의상
• 광고 보상:
  • 구독하지 않은 이용자는 보상형 광고를 보고 30분 또는 120분 동안 광고 없이 이용하고 일부 기능(사운드 믹싱, 자유 타이머, 무제한 플로우 연장, 의상)을 쓸 수 있습니다.
  • 적립 시간은 최대 600분입니다. 앱 사용 여부와 관계없이 실제 시간으로 줄어들고, 적립 후 7일이 지나면 사라집니다.
  • 광고 보상은 Pro 구독의 모든 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 광고 공급 상황에 따라 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
• 기능 구성은 업데이트로 바뀔 수 있습니다.

Free: 3 basic themes and sounds (Silence, Rain, Waves), today's stats, basic break guide, and one flow extension per session. Ads are shown while you use the free version.

Pro (subscription): no ads, all themes and sounds, sound mixing, free-form timer, custom session length, unlimited flow extensions, guided breaks (stretching, breathing, eye rest), weekly/monthly/all-time stats and insights, and Pro outfits.

Ad rewards: if you are not subscribed, you can watch a rewarded ad to use the App without ads for 30 or 120 minutes, with some features (sound mixing, free-form timer, unlimited flow extensions, outfits). Rewards add up to 600 minutes, count down in real time whether or not you use the App, and expire 7 days after you earn them. Ad rewards do not include all Pro features and may be unavailable if no ad is available. Features may change with updates.

4. 자동 갱신 구독 (Auto-Renewing Subscription)

• 상품: Pro 월간, Pro 연간.
• 가격과 기간:
  • 구매 화면과 App Store·Google Play에 표시된 가격과 기간이 적용됩니다.
  • 가격은 나라와 통화에 따라 다르며, 구매 전에 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 결제: 구매를 확인하면 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 결제됩니다. 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 무료 체험:
  • 처음 구독하는 이용자에게 7일 무료 체험이 제공될 수 있습니다. 대상 여부와 기간은 구매 화면에 표시됩니다.
  • 체험이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 체험 종료일에 선택한 상품 가격으로 결제되고 구독이 시작됩니다.
• Google Play에서는 Google Play 정책에 따라 체험이 끝나기 전에 유료 전환 동의 절차가 적용될 수 있으며, 동의하지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 취소됩니다.
• 자동 갱신:
  • 구독은 해지하지 않는 한 같은 기간 단위로 자동 갱신되어 결제됩니다.
  • App Store: 현재 구독 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 갱신 결제가 이루어집니다.
  • Google Play: 다음 결제일 전에 해지하면 다음 기간은 결제되지 않습니다.
• 해지 방법:
  • iPhone: 설정 → [내 이름] → 구독 → 유자씨 → 구독 취소
  • Android: Play 스토어 앱 → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제 → 유자씨 → 정기 결제 취소
  • 앱의 설정 > Pro의 '구독 관리'를 누르면 스토어 구독 화면으로 이동합니다.
  • 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
  • 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 구매 복원: 결제 화면, Pro 화면, 첫 실행 안내, 설정 > Pro의 '구매 복원'으로 같은 스토어 계정의 구독을 다시 불러올 수 있습니다.
• 가격 변경: 구독 가격이 바뀌는 경우 각 스토어의 정책과 절차에 따라 안내합니다.

Plans: Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly. The price and period shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store or Google Play apply; prices vary by country and currency and are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase; we do not receive your payment details.

Free trial: new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial; eligibility and length are shown on the purchase screen. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the price of the plan you chose when the trial ends, and your subscription begins. On Google Play, Google Play policies may require you to confirm the conversion to a paid subscription before the trial ends; if you do not confirm, the subscription is canceled automatically.

Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel. App Store: you are charged for renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Google Play: if you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the next period.

How to cancel: iPhone — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Yuzi → Cancel Subscription. Android — Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yuzi → Cancel subscription. "Manage subscription" in the App's Settings > Pro opens the store's subscription page. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Restore purchases: use "Restore Purchases" on the purchase screen, the Pro screen, the onboarding screen, or Settings > Pro to restore a subscription on the same store account. Price changes: if the subscription price changes, you will be notified according to each store's policies.

5. 환불 (Refunds)

• 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
  • Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google: Google Play 구매 내역 또는 Play 고객센터
• 회사는 결제를 직접 처리하지 않아 환불을 대신 진행할 수 없습니다. 문의는 master@yuja.kr로 받습니다.

Refunds are handled under each store's refund policy (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: your Google Play order history or the Play Help Center). Because we do not process payments, we cannot issue refunds directly, but you can contact us at master@yuja.kr.

6. Apple 건강 (Apple Health)

• Apple 건강 연동은 iOS에서 이용자가 켠 경우에만 동작합니다.
• 앱은 건강 앱에 기록을 쓰기만 하고 읽지 않습니다.
• 앱의 기록은 의료 목적으로 쓰도록 만든 것이 아닙니다.

Apple Health integration works only on iOS and only if you turn it on. The App only writes to Apple Health and never reads from it. The App's records are not intended for medical use.

7. 시간 측정 면책 (Timer Accuracy)

• 타이머는 기기 시계를 기준으로 합니다.
• 백그라운드 실행 제한, 절전 모드, 기기 재시작이나 앱 강제 종료로 실제 경과 시간과 차이가 생기거나 진행 중인 세션이 초기화될 수 있습니다.
• 측정값은 개인의 집중 관리용이며, 공인된 시간 기록이 아닙니다.

The timer relies on your device clock. Background limits, power-saving modes, restarting the device, or force-closing the App may cause differences from actual elapsed time or reset a session in progress. Times are for personal focus management only and are not certified time records.

8. 지적재산권 (Intellectual Property)

• 앱과 앱의 콘텐츠(텍스트, 그래픽, 캐릭터, 소리, UI, 코드, 상표)에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 목적으로만 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 역설계, 디컴파일, 복제, 배포를 금지합니다.
• 이용자의 집중 기록은 이용자의 것입니다.

All rights in the App and its content (text, graphics, characters, sounds, UI, code and trademarks) belong to us or their rightful owners. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only; reverse engineering, decompiling, copying or distributing the App is prohibited. Your focus records belong to you.

9. 금지 행위 (Prohibited Use)

다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 법령이나 공서양속에 어긋나는 목적으로 앱을 쓰는 행위
• 앱의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(해킹, 결제·광고 보상의 부정 이용 등)
• 타인의 개인정보를 침해하는 행위

회사는 위반이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation (including hacking or abusing payments or ad rewards), or violate others' privacy. We may restrict use if a violation is confirmed.

10. 서비스 변경과 중단 (Changes to the Service)

• 회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 앱의 일부 또는 전부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
• 중단할 때는 30일 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에 알립니다. 서버 장애나 법적 요청 같은 불가피한 경우는 예외입니다.
• 유료 서비스를 중단하는 경우 남은 기간의 환불은 각 스토어 정책에 따릅니다.

We may change or discontinue all or part of the App for operational or technical reasons. We will give 30 days' notice in the App or on this page before discontinuing it, except in unavoidable cases such as server failure or legal requirements. If a paid service is discontinued, refunds for the remaining period follow each store's policy.

11. 약관 변경 (Changes to These Terms)

• 약관을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전까지 앱이나 이 페이지에 알립니다. 유료 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전까지 알립니다.
• 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
• 동의하지 않으면 이용을 중단하고 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.

We will post changes to these Terms in the App or on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes unfavorable to paying users. If you continue to use the App after that, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the App and cancel your subscription.

12. 준거법과 관할 (Governing Law)

• 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석합니다.
• 분쟁은 먼저 협의로 해결하고, 협의가 되지 않으면 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, they will be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

13. 문의 (Contact)
