주식회사 유자(Yuja Inc., 이하 "회사")는 아 맞다! - 생활 주기 알림(영문명 Ah, Right!, 이하 "앱")을 운영합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 무엇이 기기 밖으로 나가는지 설명합니다.
핵심 원칙: 앱에는 회원가입·로그인과 광고가 없습니다. 이용자가 입력한 기록(항목 이름·메모 등)은 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 기기 밖으로 나가는 정보는 ①구독·구매 확인에 필요한 구매 정보 ②앱 오류를 고치기 위한 오류 보고 ③앱을 개선하기 위한, 개인을 직접 식별하지 않는 사용 통계입니다. 어느 것도 이름·이메일·전화번호와 연결되지 않습니다.

구매 확인 과정에서 앱은 RevenueCat 서버와 통신하며, 이 통신에 필요한 기술 정보(IP 주소 등)가 함께 전달될 수 있습니다. 결제 자체는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며, 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
이용자가 "내보내기"를 누르면 기록 파일이 만들어지고 기기의 공유 화면이 열립니다. 파일을 어디로 보낼지는 이용자가 직접 고르며, 회사는 그 파일을 받지 않습니다.
2. 정보 이용 목적
- 기록 저장·알림: 이용자가 입력한 항목과 날짜로 다음 주기를 계산하고 기기에서 알림을 보냅니다.
- 구독 확인: Pro 기능을 쓸 수 있는지 구매 정보로 확인하고, 구매 복원을 제공합니다.
- 오류 수정·서비스 개선: 오류 보고와 개인을 직접 식별하지 않는 사용 통계로 오류를 고치고 기능을 개선합니다.
회사는 광고·마케팅에 정보를 쓰지 않으며, 사용 통계는 개인을 식별하지 않는 형태로만 봅니다.

회사는 법령에 따른 요청이 없는 한 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 정보 보관 및 파기
- 기기에 저장된 기록: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 구매 정보: 구독 확인과 구매 복원에 필요한 기간 동안 RevenueCat에 보관됩니다. 삭제를 원하시면 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 RevenueCat에서 삭제합니다.
- Apple·Google이 보관하는 결제 기록은 각 회사의 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 이용자 권리
- 열람: 기록은 앱 화면에서 언제든 볼 수 있고, 내보내기로 파일로 받을 수 있습니다.
- 삭제: 앱 삭제로 기기 기록이 삭제됩니다. 구매 정보 삭제는 문의처로 요청해 주세요.
- 알림 권한 철회: 기기 설정에서 언제든 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 아동 개인정보 보호
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 법정대리인 동의 없이 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
7. 개인정보처리방침 변경
방침을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지로 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서도 안내합니다.

Yuja Inc. ("we") operates Ah, Right! (Korean name: 아 맞다! - 생활 주기 알림, the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles and what leaves your device.
In short: The App has no sign-up, login, or advertising. The records you enter (item names, notes, etc.) are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Information that leaves your device is limited to (1) purchase information needed to verify your subscription, (2) crash reports used to fix errors, and (3) usage statistics that do not directly identify you, used to improve the App. None of it is linked to your name, email, or phone number.

To verify purchases, the App communicates with RevenueCat's servers, and technical information needed for that connection (such as your IP address) may be transmitted. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or other payment details.
When you tap "Export", the App creates a file of your records and opens your device's share sheet. You choose where the file goes; we do not receive it.
2. How we use it
- Records and reminders: to calculate your next due date from the items and dates you enter, and to send reminders from your device.
- Subscription verification: to check whether Pro features are unlocked and to restore purchases.
- Fixing errors and improving the App: to fix errors and improve features using crash reports and usage statistics that do not directly identify you.
We do not use any information for advertising or marketing, and we view usage statistics only in a form that does not identify individuals.

We do not sell your information or provide it to third parties, except where required by law.
4. Retention and deletion
- Records on your device: deleted when you delete the App.
- Purchase information: kept by RevenueCat for as long as needed to verify and restore purchases. To request deletion, contact us below; we will delete it from RevenueCat after confirming your request.
- Payment records kept by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies.
5. Your rights
- Access: you can view your records in the App at any time and export them to a file.
- Deletion: deleting the App removes records on your device. Contact us to delete purchase information.
- Notifications: you can turn off notification permission in your device settings at any time.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that information of a child under 14 has been processed without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Material changes affecting your rights will also be announced in the App.
